The Irresponsible Federal Budget
Congress just passed a 2.6 trillion dollar budget that includes a deficit of 382.7 billion (House Budget committee). This is totally irresponsible. If I lived like that I’d be put in jail.
We have major inflation now. The major driving force for this is deficit spending. The government prints more dollars to bid against our dollars in buying goods and services, devaluing the value of our own dollar. Indirectly, you are paying more in taxes as well as passing the debt to your children and grandchildren.
Where are the stallions in Washington when all we get are geldings? Those trying to lead have lost our trust.
(Ben Laden has publically stated his goal is to bankrupt the United States. How successful do you think he is?)

How did your Congress men/women vote?
